Phase 2 – Identification of the topic

I am focused on teaching how to communicate and interact with people in everybodies environment, taking into account the needs of the enterprise. Within these headlines the topics of my customers range on which they decide to work on. As soon as the topic has been identified and agreed upon, the breakdown starts.
e.g. stress is the central point, together we have a look at the conditions creating stress and which effects show under stress conditions. During the following phases we work on these effects and find out how to prevent and cope with stress.
Working on a personalized topic undergoes all phases more or less distinct.
